Kaleb’s background is in industrial construction and development, where he’s spent over 20 years building and growing businesses. He founded Phoenix Construction in the early 2000s, which he later sold in 2021, and today he continues his passion for building through his company, Honey Badger Construction & Development.

Beyond business, what matters most to us is faith, family, and giving back. Over the years, we’ve been blessed to support causes close to our hearts, including  immediate generous support for Kerr County Flood Relief  through the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country, the Heart of the Hills MOM Center, local ISDs and Education Foundations, Parker County Center of Hope, Houston Livestock Show, St. Mary’s School in Fredericksburg, Gillespie County Livestock Show, Grace Center, Camp Tecaboca, St. Mary’s Parish, Special Needs Council, Fredericksburg Food Pantry, Billie Boosters, and our alma mater, Texas A&M University.

We’ve also been honored to serve on boards like Parker County United Way and the Heart of the Hills MOM Center, giving us even more opportunities to pour into the communities that have given us so much.
